The Master Evaluator
evaluates the entire program of the meeting from the Call to Order,
to the final evaluation. The Master Evaluator should pay attention to
the introduction of members and guests in order to gauge accuracy in
name and occupation, assess the conduct of the meeting by the presiding
officer, and evaluate any motions, votes and reports by officers and
members.
Any comments or
suggesions regarding a speech, or any critique of the evaluators regarding
thier particular evaluation must be noted.
The tenor of the
meeting is within the responsibilities of the Master Evaluator, as well
as all suggestions for improvement of any officer, conduct of business,
speech or evaluation.
The purpose of
the Master Evaluator is to complement, correct and evaluate, at each
meeting, every performance of each person participating in the business
meeting or program of the club.
